Welcome to Mini App ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, including subscriptions and in-app purchases via Stripe, Paddle, or cryptocurrency, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Subscription & Payments

Mini App offers premium subscriptions that can be paid via Stripe, Paddle, or supported cryptocurrencies. When you purchase a subscription or services:

• All payments are processed securely by the respective payment processor (Stripe, Paddle, or crypto gateway).
• You must provide accurate information and a valid email address for receipt and account purposes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or the policies of the payment processor.
• Trial offers are limited to one per user and require login via Google account.

2. Payment Verification

Payments are verified either via client-side checkout callbacks or webhook notifications provided by Stripe, Paddle, or the crypto payment provider. While client-side callbacks provide immediate access, webhooks serve as the official confirmation of payment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription requirements, manipulate payments, or exploit trial offers.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policies of the respective payment processor:

• Stripe: Follow Stripe’s refund process via their support or your account dashboard.
• Paddle: Refunds are handled by Paddle according to their policies.
• Crypto: Refunds are generally not possible due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

5. Third-Party Services

Mini App may integrate with third-party services, including Stripe, Paddle, crypto gateways, Google AdSense, and others. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of Mini App after changes constitutes acceptance.
